For more than 25 years, The Rittenhouse has set the standard in Philly for the sophisticated, urban traveler and the new spa, health club and salon is no exception. Opening in summer 2014, The Rittenhouse Spa and Club – Hair by Paul Labrecque will offer guests and locals an exclusive spa experience with luxury services and an upscale wellness facility.

Inspired by the designs of Jean Paul Gaultier, the decor of the 5,000 square foot Spa features a Baroque theme with sprinkles of modern design.  The juxtaposition of materials, like black stone with glass, creates a relaxing and calming atmosphere. The Spa will feature eight private treatment rooms, a spa suite, couple’s treatment rooms and the finest treatment products in the world, such as Natura Bisse and Tata Harper.

The crown jewel of the Spa is the exclusive Spa Suite, the first ever in Philadelphia, providing luxury services and intimate spa experiences for small groups and couples. For up to eight guests, the suite features a dressing area, rain showers, two treatment beds, and specialty cocktail offerings – perfect for bridal showers, weddings, and bachelorette parties.

The menu of services includes massage, facials waxing and nail services, and specialty packages put together for specific needs of brides, grooms, wedding groups, bachelorettes, corporate guests and private retreats. Guests of the Spa receive access to the Club’s beautiful new locker rooms, steam and sauna rooms and the indoor swimming pool.

The Rittenhouse Spa and Club is proud to welcome Kelly Gasspari as its new Spa Director. Kelly is a spa, fitness and salon professional known for her leadership to the spa team at Trump Hotel and Tower Chicago- Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star establishment. With over 10 years of Spa Management in Hotels and Resorts and 20 years in the beauty industry, Kelly is passionate about health and fitness.  “I am someone who practices what I preach every day, it’s all about balance and wellness.” Kelly and her teams have received many accolades for their outstanding impact on the Spa Industry, such as Top 10 Spa in the Nation by Trip Advisor, Top 30 Spa in the World by Spa Finder and Best of the Best by Allure Magazine.
